- 1 (2- to 3-pound) boneless pork loin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup minced fresh sage
- 1/4 cup minced fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the pork loin with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Brown on all sides, about 8 minutes.
- Remove the pork loin from the skillet and place it in a roasting pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken broth, parsley, sage, thyme, garlic, bread crumbs, and butter. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the pork loin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork loin reaches 145°F.
- Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
