Ingredients
1 (2- to 3-pound) boneless pork loin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork loin reaches 145°F.
Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
