Ingredients

  • 2 packages of graham crackers (14.4 oz each)
  • 2 packages of cream cheese (8 oz each), softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 pints of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with graham crackers.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Top with half of the sliced strawberries.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and strawberries.
  8. Spread the strawberry jam over the top of the cake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
