Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth

Directions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with curry powder, salt, and pepper.
