In a medium bowl, combine the ground pork, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Lay out a few wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place 1 teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and press to seal.
In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Gently add the wontons to the boiling broth. Boil for 8 minutes.
Remove the wontons from the pot and divide among 4 bowls. Ladle the broth over the wontons and top with green onions.
Serve hot.
