Ingredients

  • 3 racks of baby back ribs
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of molasses

Directions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the ribs with the seasoning mixture, then place the ribs on the smoker.
  4. Smoke the ribs for 2 hours, flipping them halfway through.
  5. In a small saucepan, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ketchup, honey, and molasses. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Brush the ribs with the glaze, then return them to the smoker for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the ribs from the smoker and let cool before serving.
