Ingredients
1 (4-5 lb) whole chicken
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix together garlic, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Rub the outside of the chicken with the olive oil, then rub the seasoning mix all over the outside of the chicken.
Place chicken in a roasting pan or baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken, then place the lemon halves in the cavity of the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for 75-90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
