1 large bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil. When the oil is hot, add the asparagus and garlic and cook, stirring often, until the asparagus is tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and sugar and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sesame seeds.
Serve the stir-fried sesame asparagus warm.
