Ingredients
1 pound of salmon, diced
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 package of wonton wrappers
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the salmon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place a heaping teaspoon of the salmon mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Using a pastry brush and a small bowl of water, wet the edges of each wonton wrapper and fold in half, pressing the edges together to seal.
Place the wontons on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
