Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and stir to combine.
- Add the mustard, oregano, rosemary, and salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
