Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of your favorite tea, finely ground
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add tea and grapefruit juice and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet in 1-inch balls and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
