Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the pumpkin seeds in a colander and remove any pumpkin strings.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add the pumpkin seeds to the bowl and mix until the seeds are evenly covered with the seasoning.
  5. Spread the pumpkin seeds on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
