These ribs are marinated in a mouthwatering barbecue sauce and slow-cooked until they are fall-off-the-bone tender. Perfect for a backyard BBQ or a family dinner, these ribs are sure to be a hit with everyone.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the ribs in a large baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure to coat them well.
  3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade occasionally.
  6. Lower the heat to low and continue cooking the ribs for about 1-1.5 hours, or until they are tender and cooked through.
  7. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  8. Enjoy your delicious and tender barbecue ribs!
