Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 4 hamburger buns
• 1 cup marinara sauce
• 8 slices mozzarella cheese
• 16 sliced black olives
• 8 toothpicks

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
3. Shape the meat mixture into 4 large meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until they are cooked through.
5. While the meatballs are baking, slice the hamburger buns in half and toast them if desired.
