Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken pieces
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons baharat spice blend

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
