Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 pack wonton wrappers
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and green onions.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold over to create a triangle. Press the edges to seal the wonton.
  3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and bok choy. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Drop the wontons into the broth and cook for 3-5 minutes, until they float to the surface.
  5. Serve the soup hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
