Ingredients
- 8 ounces of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 cups of mixed salad greens
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 1 cup of sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup of chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of peanuts, chopped
- For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cubed tofu, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Toss gently to coat the tofu. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
