Ingredients
- 1 cup of pecans
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, maple syrup, butter, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper until combined.
- Add the pecans to the bowl and mix until all of the nuts are coated with the mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the nuts out on it.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking.
- Let the nuts cool before eating.
