Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced steak with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well coated. Set aside.
- Place the cut potatoes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned steak. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
