Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, lime juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  5. Serve the shrimp with additional lime wedges, if desired.
