Ingredients
- 1½ pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, lime juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve the shrimp with additional lime wedges, if desired.
