Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced dill
  • 2 slices prosciutto, cut into strips
  • Paprika, for garnish
    • Directions

      1. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and set aside.
      2. In a small bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are crumbly.
      3. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and dill and mix until combined.
      4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and top with the prosciutto strips.
      5. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
