Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced pork belly or beef brisket and cook until browned.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chopped kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for a few minutes to combine the flavors.

  5. Add the cubed tofu to the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes.
