Ingredients
- 2 bunches of kale, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of slivered almonds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the kale, olive oil, lemon juice, jalapeños, feta cheese and almonds. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the salad immediately while still warm.
