Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, and basil.
  3. Add the olive oil and mix until the mixture is crumbly.
