Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the tomatoes, oregano, and basil, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until the tomatoes have softened and the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the parsley and serve.
