Ingredients
- 2 green tomatoes, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices
- 2 eggs

Directions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and hot sauce.
- In a separate shallow bowl, mix together the flour, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Dip each tomato slice into the egg mixture and then dredge in the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil until shimmering.
- Add tomato slices to the skillet in batches and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and season with salt to taste.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
