Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, ground nutmeg, and salt.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, unfold one sheet of thawed puff pastry and brush it evenly with melted butter.

  10. Repeat steps 4 to 9 with the remaining puff pastry sheet and ingredients.

  12. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
