Ingredients
1 lb. crab meat
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 green onions, diced
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package of spring roll wrappers
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the crab meat, jalapeno, garlic, green onions, fish sauce, and sesame oil.
Season with salt and pepper and mix until everything is well combined.
Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a heaping tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center.
Fold the wrapper up around the crab, tucking in the sides to create a tight package.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and crab mixture.
Heat a deep pot of oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Carefully add the spring rolls to the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oil and let drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Serve with a spicy dipping sauce.
