Ingredients

  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed

  • 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts

  • 2 eggs, beaten
