Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the white fish, shrimp, and scallops.
  2. Pour the lime juice and lemon juice over the seafood mixture and stir well. Make sure all the seafood is coated in the citrus juices.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. This will allow the seafood to marinate and cook slightly in the citrus juices.
