Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, diced
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooked white rice, for serving
Directions
- Place the diced tofu in a microwavable dish and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- In a separate microwavable dish, combine the ground pork, garlic, and ginger. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, breaking up the pork halfway through.
- Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, and chicken broth to the pork mixture. Microwave on high for another 2 minutes.
