Ingredients

  • 8 oz udon noodles
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 green onion, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions
