  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the beans (drained and rinsed), diced onion, minced garlic, diced bell pepper, and minced jalapeno peppers.
