Ingredients
- 1 package of Zatarain's Jambalaya mix
- 1 lb of smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 tsp of Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and add the sausage. Cook until browned.
- Add the onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are softened.
