Ingredients
- 2 large eggplants, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced

- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder

Directions
