Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp tandoori seasoning
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the tandoori seasoning with the plain yogurt to create a marinade.
