Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Tex-Mex seasoning
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced avocado

Directions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef and Tex-Mex seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
