Ingredients
- 1 lb of spaghetti
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 lb of chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets to the boiling water and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the white wine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Add the oregano, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and toss to combine.
- Serve hot.
