- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 sheets store-bought pie crust
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and ground pork over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion, diced bell pepper, and minced garlic until softened.
- Add the mixed vegetables, dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flour over the vegetable mixture and stir to combine. Cook for another minute.

- Stir in the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened.
- Return the cooked ground beef and pork to the skillet and mix well to combine.
- Place one sheet of pie crust in the bottom of a pie dish. Spoon the meat mixture into the crust.
- Cover the meat mixture with the second sheet of pie crust. Seal and crimp the edges.

- Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
