Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Grease a slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter and brown sugar until creamy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  6. Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet until well combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared slow cooker.
  8. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
