Ingredients
2-3 lbs. pork tenderloin
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, and thyme.
Rinse the pork tenderloin and pat dry with paper towels.
Place the pork in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the pork.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.
Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the pork for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

The longer you marinate the pork, the more flavorful it will be.
