Ingredients
1 cup rye flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup mustard seeds
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Directions
In a large bowl, mix together rye flour, wheat flour, mustard seeds, sugar and salt.

Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Punch down the dough and shape into a round loaf.
Place the loaf in a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
Let rise for an additional 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
