- 3 lbs chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper. Dip the chicken cubes in the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
- Place the chicken cubes on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and garlic chili sauce. Set aside.
- When the chicken is finished baking, remove from oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
- Serve the sesame chicken over steamed rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds, if desired.
