Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, melted butter, chives, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, scoop out 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and form into balls.
  3. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
