Ingredients

  • 4 mahi-mahi fillets
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine sesame seeds, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  2. Dip each mahi-mahi fillet into the beaten egg and then into the sesame seed mixture, coating both sides evenly.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mahi-mahi fillets and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
