Ingredients
- 2 cans (14.75 ounces each) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spoon mixture into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
