Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sourdough starter, salt, olive oil, pepper and rosemary.
  2. Mix together until all ingredients are combined.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Using a knife, cut the dough into desired shapes.
  5. Transfer the crackers to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, or until the crackers are lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool.
