Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the sourdough starter, salt, olive oil, pepper and rosemary.
- Mix together until all ingredients are combined.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
- Using a knife, cut the dough into desired shapes.
- Transfer the crackers to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, or until the crackers are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
