Ingredients
1 cup sourdough starter
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the sourdough starter, salt, olive oil, pepper and rosemary.
Mix together until all ingredients are combined.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
Using a knife, cut the dough into desired shapes.
Transfer the crackers to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, or until the crackers are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
