Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the black beans, mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
