In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, cornmeal, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, sage, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
Dredge the patties in flour, shaking off any excess.
Fry the patties in the oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
Serve warm with Toast and maple syrup.
