Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb asparagus
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Wash and trim the asparagus, then place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Top with raspberries.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until asparagus is tender.
  6. Serve warm.
