Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound sea scallops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
- Thread the shrimp and scallops onto the wooden skewers.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kabobs for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the seafood is cooked through.
- Serve the kabobs hot with your favorite sides.
